Hello Health Shift is committed to correcting meaningful errors promptly and transparently.
What we correct
We review reports involving factual errors, outdated official guidance, inaccurate descriptions of products, broken or incorrect links, unclear safety language, formatting problems that change meaning, and statements that could reasonably mislead a caregiver.
How to report a concern
Please use our contact page. Include the page title or URL, the statement or section in question, why you believe it is incorrect, and a supporting source when available. Do not send private medical records or other sensitive personal information.
How reports are reviewed
- We locate and preserve the relevant published text.
- We compare the concern with authoritative sources and the page’s original purpose.
- We determine whether the issue is factual, interpretive, outdated, typographical, or outside the scope of the site.
- We correct material errors and recheck related pages, links, product descriptions, and downloads when the same issue may appear elsewhere.
How corrections are displayed
Minor spelling, grammar, or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note when they do not change meaning. When a correction materially changes a factual claim, recommendation, product description, or reader decision, we will add or update a correction note explaining what changed.
Product corrections
If a product page incorrectly describes the price, included files, delivery, or contents, we prioritize correcting both the customer-facing page and the underlying product configuration. Product concerns can be submitted through the contact page.
Editorial independence
Requests to remove accurate information merely because it is inconvenient will not normally result in a correction. We will, however, reconsider language that is unfair, stigmatizing, unsupported, or inconsistent with our Editorial Standards.
